Can you print our logos on the tent?
Yes. The logo can be printed on the tent fabric according to your requirements.
What is the delivery time?
In general, about 7-15 working days. If your order is large or customized, the lead time will require more time.
Is your tent strong and stable enough? How about the wind loading?
Yes. It can resist wind up to 100-120 km/hr. If the wind or snow is extremely heavy, please tell us and we will strengthen the tent structure to keep you safe!
Can your tent be installed repeatedly? What is the life span?
Our tents can be assembled and dismantled easily and repeatedly with a small transportation size. The life span of the steel framework can reach 15-20 years, and 10-15 years for PVDF fabrics depending on different conditions of usage.
What documents are available?
A full range of documents including structural drawings, packing list, installation manual, and relative certificates can be provided. Moreover, customs declaration is provided. We provide one-stop service for you.
Is the tent cover material weatherproof and fire-retardant?
Yes, the 1050g/m² PVDF outer cover is highly waterproof, UV resistant, tear-resistant, and certified B1 fire-retardant (DIN4102 standard).
