We utilize advanced robotic automatic welding techniques. This process ensures high precision, eliminates dimensional errors, increases overall structural strength, and delivers clean, aesthetically pleasing solder joints.
A. High-Performance Materials: We use hot-dip galvanized Q235 steel for all beams, columns, and purlins to ensure high anti-rust performance. Unlike some factories that use electrolytic plates or black steel material, our materials resist rust over extended periods.
B. Optimum Thickness: We utilize 2.5mm galvanized steel. Other factories often use only 2.3mm steel (which measures 2.5mm only after painting), which makes them highly prone to bending during handling and transfer.
Made of 3.5mm powder-coated galvanized steel, the corner fitting securely connects the beam, stringers, and column. It is robustly designed to lift completed houses safely via the corner holes.
Crafted from Q235 galvanized steel strip. Each end contains 4 screw holes to easily fix columns and corner fittings securely. The column length can be customized to your requirements.
Constructed from high-quality rock wool or EPS sandwich panels. Both the thickness of the steel plate and core density are fully customizable. Thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm are all available.
Roof tiles and ceiling tiles are built from painted galvanized color steel, offering superior rust resistance. The corrugated tile design provides highly reliable, waterproof performance.
