In the production and construction process of steel structure buildings, modern process equipment is the core support for us to achieve efficient and high-quality delivery of projects. The automated cutting equipment is equipped with a CNC system with a cutting accuracy of ±0.5mm, which can accurately cut various types of steel to meet the needs of complex components and reduce material waste; the intelligent welding robot is equipped with intelligent sensing technology, and the welding speed is 3-5 times faster than manual work. The quality of the welds far exceeds the industry standard and can operate stably in harsh environments; the digital coating production line uses automated spraying equipment to accurately control the thickness and uniformity of the coating. The closed environment operation is both environmentally friendly and can improve the anti-corrosion performance of the steel structure by 5-10 years; the large crawler crane at the construction site has a maximum lifting capacity of 1,000 tons, and cooperates with the intelligent control system to ensure accurate and correct component installation.
Our operations cover a wide area, establishing a top-tier production base with an annual output capacity of 60,000 tons of steel structure processing. We share advanced core technologies, incorporating over 200 patented technologies, scientific R&D achievements, and academician work stations. We specialize in design, manufacturing, installation, prefabricated housing, multi- (super) high-rise steel structures, large-span space tube truss steel structures, plant steel structures, green building materials, and other prefabricated building elements.
The production facility layout features a large, dedicated setup, optimizing a complete series of processing machinery. Our equipment covers component cutting, forming, assembly, welding, rust removal, painting, and quality testing, designed to meet the production demands of highly complex nodes and non-standard layouts.
The factory workshop spans 50,000 square meters, separated into four distinct workshops equipped with 8 professional production lines and 58 high-capacity cranes (up to 50 tons lifting capacity), reaching a monthly output capacity of 6,000 tons. Main products fabricated include box columns, cross columns, round tube columns, welded H-beam columns, H-beams, box trusses, special-shaped heavy structures, and steel truss floor decks.
We strictly control quality at every step and are committed to providing customers with high-quality and reliable steel structure products.
